A group of young people from around the world came to understand and revive the meaning of the Olympic Truce in the London 2012 UNESCO Olympic Truce Youth Peace Ambassador Training and Assistance programme. The profiles and action plans of some of the participants as follow:
On the 31 August the Workshop was held with Lord Michael Bates at the House of Lords.
After coming together the youth decided to go on 4 September to Olympic venues and central London discussing with people about the Olympic Truce. The other days throughout the workshop they met in Norwood Hall, Norwood Green Road, Southall, Middlesex, UB2 4LA, UK. They held a festival on 8 September to celebrate the Olympic peace festival with fun activities, cultural displays, lectures on constructing world peace from around the world.
